Complaint Process

We take all complaints seriously and are committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly in accordance with COMAR regulations.

Your Right to File a Complaint

As required by Maryland law (COMAR 10.07.06), you have the right to file a complaint about our services, staff, or any aspect of your care experience. We will not retaliate against anyone who files a complaint in good faith.

Internal Complaint Process

We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns directly

Step 1: Submit

Contact us by phone, email, or use the form below with your complaint details. Include your name, contact information, and a description of the issue.

Step 2: Review

Our compliance team will review your complaint within 5 business days and may contact you for additional information.

Step 3: Resolution

We will provide a written response within 30 days detailing our findings and any corrective actions taken.
